1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging the services of Chill Pro Air-Cond & Refrigeration ("Chill Pro", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
2. Services Provided
Chill Pro provides air conditioning and refrigeration services including but not limited to:
- AC Repair (diagnosis, parts replacement, refrigerant work)
- AC Chemical Cleaning and Steam Cleaning
- AC Installation and commissioning
- Commercial Refrigeration Repair (walk-in chillers, freezers, display cases, ice machines)
- Residential Refrigerator Repair
- Scheduled maintenance contracts
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and confirmed on-site after diagnosis. We do not commence work without your approval of the quote. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
For emergency callouts, additional after-hours rates may apply and will be disclosed upfront.
4. Diagnosis Fee
A diagnosis fee may apply to callouts. Where charged, the diagnosis fee is credited toward the final repair invoice if you proceed with the recommended work.
5. Workmanship Warranty
We provide a workmanship warranty on all repair and installation work, typically 6 to 12 months depending on the scope. Manufacturer warranty on replaced parts is separate and registered on your behalf where applicable.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or third-party modifications
- Consumable items (filters, drain tubes) beyond their normal service life
- Pre-existing conditions disclosed in the diagnosis report
6. Cancellation Policy
Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 4 hours before the booked slot. Late cancellations may be subject to a callout fee at our discretion.
For maintenance contracts, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice after the initial 3-month minimum period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Chill Pro is liable for direct damages arising from our negligence up to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, stock loss beyond what is covered by our specific commercial refrigeration emergency response commitments, or business interruption.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate fault descriptions and equipment details
- Allow safe access to equipment for service technicians
- Disclose any prior repair history or modifications
- Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, photos, and logos, is the property of Chill Pro Air-Cond & Refrigeration or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian copyright law.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
